French Provincial Hutch

I’d like to think I saved this glorious gal from the dump. Her veneer was peeling, she lost most of her original hardware and she was in overall really bad shape. I gave her a second chance and I am absolutely in love with how she turned out! Not only that, but she is available for purchase! Check out Shop Selections for details!

After scrapping off her veneer, filling in all areas with wood filler, adding a new top, sanding and proper prep this beauty is ready to showcase her new look! A French provincial style hutch refinished in a dark gray using Sherwin-Williams Rock Bottom. Heavily glazed in Tricorn Black. Inside, backing and shelves are refinished in Snowbound White. Hardware revamped in Black and heavily antiqued in White for an added pop!

Kidney-Shaped Desk

I was asked to donate a piece of furniture in an auction to help raise money for a family who recently lost their mother. All proceeds will go to the West Valley Hope Women’s Center to distribute to the family in this hard time.

A lovely kidney-shaped single pedestal desk, can be used as a vanity. Refinished in Sherwin-Williams White Flower and distressed for a perfect farmhouse look. Glazed in grey with a faux grey stain top. All original hardware revamped in bronze. Starting bid at $189.00. Click over to the Auction to place your bid, auction ends September 4th at 8pm Arizona time.

Piano

I have my first piano in the books! I am not only excited about adding this type of furniture to my portfolio, but really happy my client wanted her piece to be glazed, giving this antique girl a sense of timeless glam. All the curves, grooves and details are highlighted now, where once they were hidden.

The back story of this family heirloom is beautiful in itself. My clients grandmother was given this piano at the age of three years old. Many years of practice, hard work and enjoyment were given to her. After her recent passing this grandmother wanted her piano to go to her granddaughter who is five years old. My clients daughter picked out the fabric and Mom picked out the color.

As you enter my clients home this gorgeous piano will be welcoming you underneath a lovely chandelier.

Refinished in Sherwin-Williams Serious Gray. Glazed in Tricorn Black. All original hardware revamped in Oil Rubbed Bronze. Bench reupholstered in my clients choice of vibrant fabric.

Buffet

This piece is actually bigger then what you would think. Heavy and solid just like how I like my furniture pieces. My clients home is sprinkled in teals and blues. Staying with a neutral grey color we did something exciting for an added pop!

Refinished in Sherwin-Williams Mega Greige and distressed in all the right places. Revamped the original hardware knobs in Sherwin-Williams Rivulet for an unexpected color addition tying in her space.
