When you find the right sized piece for your home but don’t need the broke record player that’s in it, take it out and add a shelf! This perfect little record player stand has been upcycled and turned into a sideboard for my clients dining room.
Refinished in Sherwin-Williams Tricorn Black and lightly distressed around the edges. The original hardware has been polished and cleaned for that vintage look.
Side note: Our newest member of the family is making her debut! I will try not to have her in all my photos, but, there is no guarantee! Meet Miss Justice, Second Chance Charms shop pup!
Rustic buffet! The last piece to my clients amazing living room and hallway! Here is a total of all her pieces in her home, not including other pieces I refinished in her master bedroom 😉
Finishing off my clients dream home with the matching buffet this gal is rocking her new look! Refinished in Sherwin-Williams Paperwhite and lightly distressed. All original hardware revamped in bronze. The top stained in Mission Oak.
Most recent projects. Three custom pieces from February alongside a custom piece for March! Not only is this gorgeous piano starting the month of March off with a WOWZA, but its my first paino to refinish! How exciting!! If you missed any of these amazing debuts, please click on over and check them out!
This piece is actually bigger then what you would think. Heavy and solid just like how I like my furniture pieces. My clients home is sprinkled in teals and blues. Staying with a neutral grey color we did something exciting for an added pop!
Refinished in Sherwin-Williams Mega Greige and distressed in all the right places. Revamped the original hardware knobs in Sherwin-Williams Rivulet for an unexpected color addition tying in her space.
Most recent work! I have one last project to share before the new year. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas!
I am so excited to finally get to my 100th piece of refinished furniture year to date! This year I have had the pleasure to refinish many huge pieces that had anywhere from three upwards to six individual sections to create one gorgeous piece of furniture. Naturally I didn’t include those individual items, but rather counted each piece as a whole.
Browsing through my Portfolio I can’t help but be smitten from all the lovely creations- most of them client own pieces. Not only did I pour my sweat, heart and soul in each one; creating the image that each client had for their particular piece has always been a rewarding adventure.
Without further adieu let me introduce to you my 100th piece of furniture for 2017!!! An antique buffet my client has brought to Arizona from Denver. Back in her day this gal had tall legs, they were cut down about forty years ago so this piece could be used as a chest. But before the sensation swept the nation with using amazing statement pieces for Tv Entertainment Units, my clients family did just that and has many memories with this piece throughout the years. After my clients mother’s’ passing, she inherited her old friend and had Second Chance Charms refinish her so she could match her home decor and style. Wonderful past memories and making future ones to come- this gal gets to keep going looking better than ever!
Refinished in Sherwin-Williams Whirlpool for a soothing pop of color. Glazed in Well-Bred Brown to show off all the glorious details this gal has to offer. Stained her lovely top in Dark Walnut for some originality. finished her off with cleaning up her hardware and keeping the original pitia as much as possible.
