I forgot to share my most recent projects! Which one was your favorite? Five inventory pieces sold within hours of posting on Facebook! And two beautiful custom pieces were refinished. If you missed out on any of these debuts you can always read all about them, here on the Blog!
A family heirloom received a Second Chance. This may be an Ethan Allen reproduction piece, but the memories and stories it holds for my clients’ family can’t possibly make that any less important. This beauty will be going to California as a Christmas Gift staying in the family for more generations to enjoy!
Refinished in Sherwin-Williams Tricorn Black and lightly glazed in a grey. The top and drawer faces are done in a gloss finish while the body in a Matte finish. I love how these two different sheens look on the same color paint. Giving some depth and glam! Original hardware revamped in Nickel and glazed in Black for an antique feel.
I have TONS of photos of this bedroom set that I am ABSOLUTELY in love with!! Scroll through and enjoy!
A bedroom set by American Drew Furniture including a 10 drawer dresser, two nightstands, and a headboard that can fit either a full or queen bedframe.
Refinished in Sherwin-Williams Snowbound and lightly distressed in the perfect spots highlighting the curves of these beauty’s. When I sanded down the tops of these pieces I couldn’t help but admire their natural pine grain and knots. I stained the tops in Wood Classics Pickled White to soften them up for a perfect Cottage Chic vibe. Original hardware revamped in white.

One more piece to go to complete my client’s master bedroom set she inherited from her mother and father.
Refinished in a solid look using Sherwin-Williams Black Bean. The top of the unit as well as the top of the middle section (even though it’s one solid piece) are stained in Armoire Hickory. Original hardware cleaned up. Stay tuned in for the matching mirror.
Most recent projects! If you missed any of these beauty’s check out our portfolio and click the link below to get to the individual blog post. Right now I am working on the matching armoire to the dresser and nightstand bedroom set shown here. Along with a couple more custom pieces and one inventory piece! Stay tuned in!
Last month I finished a retro nightstand, read here to view him: Retro Nightstand. I got my hands on the nightstands’ twin brother and his dresser. These pieces are such delicate items as their tops are a thin sheet of veneer. My client wanted them stained with a solid finished base. Sanding these tops are not only challenging but time consuming. One wrong move can destroy them. They have such a gorgeous design to them that needed to be showcased where the previous stain was too dark and hid their beauty.
